Service Description
This service starts with complimentary foot cleansing to unwind your mind and body while your feet are immersed in lavender rosy warm bath water, refresh your tired feet from rosey sugar scrub to exfoliate the skin and prepared for the start of your treatment. The Refresh Back Facial helps to cleanse those hard-to-reach spots, tackling a host of skincare needs, to remove dirt, oil, impurity, to prevent blackhead and Acne. We apply coconut-coffee scrub on the back to exfoliate the skin, perform extraction if needed after 5-10 mins steam, then fully cover the back with either our Mineral White Clay Mask, Melon Mask, or Seaweed Mask based on the condition. While waiting on the mask to do its work, the therapist will perform a complementary limps massage to enhance the reconnection of the body. The back facial finish with 20 mins upper back, neck, shoulder massage while being rehydrate by our Signature Milky Hydration Body Cream.
Cancellation Policy
50% refundable deposit is required at the moment the appointment is made. Reschedule / Cancellation require 24 hours advance notice to avoid deposit being forfeited. If rescheduling / cancellation within 24 hours due to inevitable sickness, we require doctor's notes as proof in order to provide refund or penalty free reschedule. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment, we only allow 15 minutes grace period for late arrival to keep the original appointments. If you are later than 15 minutes, the original appointment services maybe subject to change to shorter time to avoid impact on next clients, and you will be charged at the original service prices. Late arrival more than 30 minutes, no calls / no shows, the appointment will be automatically canceled and the deposit is forfeited.
