Service Description
This is basic package for relax and Refreshing. Recommend for every 4-6 weeks to improve scalp and hair health - Rejuvenate foot bath - Scalp Exfoliation - Shampoo Cleanse Scalp Massage - Waterfall Therapy, - Hair Conditioner Scalp - Neck & Shoulder Massage Disclaimer: - This service is not hairstyling service, it’s a massage and spa treatment, we welcome all hair type - Simple blow dry is included within the service duration time - If you would like us to use specific shampoo and conditioner, please feel free to bring your own. Natural loc pre-requirement: - at least 1 week outgrown roots - this is not loc detox service, it’s meant for clients who shampoo regularly at least 1-2 times a month. We will decline to perform the service if the locs are visibly dirty and deposit will be non-refundable
Cancellation Policy
50% refundable deposit is required at the moment the appointment is made. Reschedule / Cancellation require 24 hours advance notice to avoid deposit being forfeited. If rescheduling / cancellation within 24 hours due to inevitable sickness, we require doctor's notes as proof in order to provide refund or penalty free reschedule. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment, we only allow 15 minutes grace period for late arrival to keep the original appointments. If you are later than 15 minutes, the original appointment services maybe subject to change to shorter time to avoid impact on next clients, and you will be charged at the original service prices. Late arrival more than 30 minutes, no calls / no shows, the appointment will be automatically canceled and the deposit is forfeited.
