Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to complete the appointment on our website with Credit Card / Debit Card / PayPal. We do not honor appointments without the deposit. If you want to pay by Bank Transfer, we accept Scotia or CIBC anytime, you may use below bank account information to do the deposit. Crossed bank we only accept Monday to Thursday and can not be same day transfer (at least 24 hours in advance).

Booking Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (Deposit & Gift Card)
The client may modify or cancel their reservation 24 hours in advance. Thereafter, the client will lose full deposit amount of their reservation by executing the aforementioned cancellation policy. Cancellations made within the above-mentioned limits shall be entitled to a full refund. Please contact our reservations team who will be able to assist you with the refund process.
When the appointment is done with GiftMe or Le'Couleur E-Gift Card: Following the same policy, this type of booking can be cancelled/rescheduled 24 hours before the date. Any cancellation not made within this period will result in the full loss of the value of the gift card. Bookings made with a gift card are not eligible for cash refunds. Please contact our bookings team on customerservice@lecouleurbeautybar.com who will be able to assist with the refund process.
No-Show or Tardiness to Appointment:
Full amount of the 50% deposit or gift card value will be non-refundable if 1) no-show to your appointment, 2) 15 minutes pass your original appointment time. If you arrive later than 15 minutes without advance notice (at least 30 minutes), you are fully responsible of the original full payment of the services selected, but we are not guaranteed full service time will be accommodated depend on the availability of the day. In summary, please arrive on-time, and communicate with us if you are delay at least 30 minutes in advance.

We recommend you book in advance to ensure your preferred time and experience is available.
Gift Card Policy
- Value is non-refundable and non-transferrable under any circumstances
- We do not give extension based on the expiration date is written on the gift card
- Not exchangeable to cash, nor refund of the balance on the gift card
- The gift card can be used maximum twice to consume the entire gift card value, any balance will not be honored or refund after second used.
- If you are using physical gift card, appointment availability is based on final confirmation via WhatsApp / Text Message / Email from our customer service team. WhatsApp / Text Message number is 876-326-8895, and email address is customerservice@lecouleurbeautybar.com
- We do our best to accommodate all appointment request, but actual availability is based on confirmation from our customer service team via abovementioned communication channel. Thus, We reserve all right to modify, cancel, reschedule the appointment based on our actual availability when we reach out to confirm your appointment. Unfortunately, we will not issue refund if the requested time-slot is not available since sometimes it is out of our control as other clients request came in before you, and we must honor them first. We will do our best to find you next availability before the gift card is expired, but it is not guarantee if your schedule is inflexible. In an event that nothing is available that can fit your schedule, unfortunately we won't be able to refund or extend the gift card. So we encourage you to make appointment request at least 2 weeks advance if you have inflexible schedules to ensure we can accommodate your request.
Exclusion Condition
- We kindly ask you to not bring any food to eat at our spa, as some of the space are common shared space while other clients also here enjoy the service.
- We recommend you to wear something comfortable to come in for your pedicure services, avoid tight pants / jeans in order to receive most benefit of the service
- For everyone's safety concerned, the spa is monitored by surveillance cameras, except the private spa rooms.
- We are unable to provide refund once you've left the spa, however, we are here to address any concerns
- Our spa is designed with quiet atmosphere, please have private conversation or phone calls outside of our store to avoid disruption to other customers. Video chat in public area is prohibited if other clients are presence at the same time.
- If your nail service need any touch-up or fix-up within 3 business days, please come in for a complimentary service on the nails are actually have issue, under same color/design per your original appointment. After 3 business days, a standard fee applied.

Please inform us when making the reservation of any health conditions, allergies, injuries or special accessibility/mobility requirements that could affect your service.

We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items while your visit to Le'Couleur Beauty Bar. Please keep all valuables alongside with you during your visit.
